Privacy Policy

Sigistry ("we", "us") operates sigistry.com, a public catalog of verified plugins, skills, and MCP servers for AI coding agents. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site. This page explains what is collected and by whom.
What we collect
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our server records standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and debugging. Logs rotate automatically and are not used to profile visitors.
- Email. If you write to hello@sigistry.com, we receive your email address and whatever you send. We use it only to reply and do not add you to any list.
We have no user accounts, no signup forms, and we do not sell or share personal data with anyone.
Third-party services
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, referrers, rough geography). GA sets cookies and processes your IP address under Google's own privacy policy. You can opt out with the GA opt-out browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies.
- GitHub. Plugin pages fetch catalog data, READMEs, and repository stats directly from GitHub's servers in your browser, so GitHub sees those requests under its own privacy policy.
- Font CDNs. Fonts load from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which see the standard request metadata any CDN sees.
Badge and MCP requests
Verification badges (/badge/<id>.svg) and our public MCP endpoint (/mcp) are served by the same infrastructure and appear in the same server logs described above. No tracking is embedded in badges.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR or CCPA jurisdictions), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Since we store almost nothing, the practical answer is usually "there is nothing to delete", but email us at hello@sigistry.com and we will help.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated effective date.
